Refunds & Cancellations
Tangible Goods – Stock Items
You have the right to cancel your order. Cancellations must be made in writing within 7 working days from receipt of goods. Please note you are responsible for the cost of return postage. Please note that I cannot be held responsible for any breakages or damages that may occur in transit and I suggest you use recorded delivery. Once received, I will then refund your payment within 30 days less the cost of postage.
If you decide you made a mistake in ordering and you can let me know immediately then I can cancel your order before I send it out. That makes it much easier on both of us and you won’t lose any money on postage.
Tangible Goods – Custom Orders
If you require me to make you a custom item, please make sure this is exactly what you want as I cannot issue a refund on custom orders. If you decide that you no longer want the custom order please email me immediately as I might be able to give you a refund if I haven’t started on your order.
Intangible Goods
I do not issue refunds on intangible goods such as digital downloads unless the product is defective.
Consultations and Services
I do not issue refunds on any consultations or services that have taken place. This includes, but is not limited to, custom spell work, tarot or oracle readings and paid personal consultations.
