Death is an uncontrollable force. She comes for each one of us, it’s inevitable that one day we will meet her. Like death, there are other forces in our lives that pay us a visit, whether we want them to or not. It might be unwelcome people or situations, and they can leave us feeling out of control, lost and sometimes bewildered. Don’t be surprised if today has these elements.
Sometimes the best thing we can do is to step back and take a deep breath. It’s about acting calmly to find the middle ground – not be overwhelmed and to keep self control. Today might be challenging but you can get through it. Remember, breathe.

Last night well this morning I had a weird experience. I was sleeping but at one point I felt a presence and actually I guess I had one eye open and saw a tall dark figure. It reminds me of an alien.
My body actually was frozen, out of protection most likely, I also registered that I had no blanket over me. So this was indeed creepy.
I did muster courage to wake up and dismissed what I just experienced, but it was an odd situation because I was dreaming about my grandfather and standing up to him. Proving that we were alike. I just had a button on my sweater. He did not. Then I had this interaction of me being in bed but not really being asleep.
I don't know. My dream absolutely revealed a sense of dominance with my grandpa, but the invasive part of this was that figure near my bed while I had no blanket over me. SCARY.
I've had experiences like this… not with your grandfather, of course…. but with being frozen and feeling a presence. It scares the living daylights out of me. I've taken to sleeping with a glass of salt water by my bed and I've been free of nightmares/scary closet incidents. Do give it a try, Bernard
