How are you getting on with making small, manageable changes in your life? February has been particularly hard for me to be motivated – definitely not the same gung-ho approach I had in January. I’ve achieved little goals here and there, but no where near as many as the previous month. Motivation is always so hard for me.
There’s no point in dwelling on lack of achievements and March is a brand new month. So I’m ready to get back on the saddle and take down those goals. Actually, I should be doing one of them on Saturday. I decided back in November 2009 to get over my fear of public speaking and I still haven’t done anything about it. But that should change on Saturday when I’m a guest on a Blog Talk Radio show. I can’t even begin to tell you how nervous I am. I’ll post the details before the show (posting them after would just be way too cowardly, even for me).
