The full moon in July is known as the Hay Moon but you may also know it as wort moon, blessing moon, buck moon, thunder moon, fallow moon and moon of claiming. The energy of the full moon tonight is preparation, success and divination.
I made 3 wishes last month and only achieved 1 of them (but I’m having a blast with all my new Facebook friends lol). So tonight I’m making 3 new wishes/goals for the lunar month ahead:
- Preparation – I’m going to plan our trip to Yorkshire and book an extra night away rather than leave everything last minute.
- Success – Put up 5 items on Etsy which are sitting in my craft box and I haven’t had time to post them for sale.
- Divination – to do a Tarot reading for me!
There’s one in the book which accompanies the Robin Wood deck that I’ve been saying I want to do for years now. I’ve put it off because it’s huge!

My three wishes are all things that have top priority in my life right now. They’re as follows, in order of how long I’ve had them:
1) To get back, peacefully and easily, my property (especially the most personally valuable and sentimental items) that has been in the hands of others for the past seven months, and to have a good, safe place to put it all, which leads me to:
2) To find, get, and move, with my cat, into a new home situation that is much more relaxed, harmonious, equitable and joyful than where I live now – a safe, happy, and healthy place for us to be, as well as affordable.
3) To find and get a new job that is more interesting, meaningful, and suitable for me, with better working conditions, and where I am able to sit down at least half of the time! – and that pays as well, or better.
…These are big wishes, and may sound like too much to ask for, but: a) I have been applying repeated tangible, practical efforts to every one; b) I have called upon the aid and assistance of the Divine, numerous times, for all three of these things; and c) I believe that nothing is impossible for Spirit, Goddess, the Gods…***so be it!***:D
