The full moon in May is known as the Hare Moon but you may also know it as milk moon, corn moon, flower moon, planting moon, merry moon and bright moon. The energy of the full moon tonight is creativity, fertility (it’s called Hare Moon for a reason!), a heightened sense of intuition and connection with the faerie realm.
I’m making 3 wishes (or goals) tonight for the forthcoming lunar month:
- To have hanging baskets (with flowers) to go by the front door.
- To have a personal website (kind of like a portfolio or business card).
- To have a picnic.

Oh, I like this! I’d like:
a) a job, and preferable one that pays more than the last,
b) finishing up the items I have pledged to knit for a donation auction for a friend,
c) more time spent with people I love.
But I may also have to ponder some hanging baskets myself!
Would love to see photos of your knitting when they’re finished
I need to gain some energy (perhaps eating better and walking when the darn cast comes off will help this)
with that energy I would like to : pursue some creative endeavors (like a painting I have in my head that I need to get on paper)
Plant a few more herbs, or maybe a whole garden
and clean/redo my altar- needs a Spring change.
BTW- websites are not too hard. I used Netscape a long while ago, and everything I put on the page wrote itself in html, so I didnt need to talk computer.-

My three wishes for this coming lunar month are to:
Enroll in summer school – I need to cast a spell to work up the courage to do so;
Take my husband’s ashes to the ocean as this was his final wish;
I need to cast a New Beginnings spell as my life has changed so with my husband’s death.
Sounds like you’ve made some pretty big goals, Kathee – much kudos to you (makes my hanging baskets look so insignificant).
