We’ve had such a brilliant Samhain. I’ve done so much today and it’s almost over now but here’s what I’ve been up to:
Netley Abbey
First, we went ghost hunting at Netley Abbey where rumour has it that the ghost Blind Peter appears on 31st October to show where the abbey fortune is hidden.
We didn’t find the treasure, we didn’t see the ghost but we had a blast looking!
Paul took his camera today so I have a shot of me at the abbey:
Graveyard Dirt Muffins
Last year I made a big cake of a witch stirring a cauldron. I didn’t think I’d have the time to do anything quite as elaborate so the boys and I made muffins.
They’re triple chocolate muffins with chocolate sprinkles, chocolate eyeballs and squidy candy skulls on top!
Tabitha’s Costume & Zombie Make Up
I finished, with not a moment to spare, Tabitha’s Halloween Costume. I dont’ have any good photos of her because she kept taking the hat off and running around. Impossibley cute but hard to photograph!
!
#1son wanted to be a zombie. It was my first attempt at face painting:
Trick or Treating
I went out with the kids (as usual). I have a great time each year – love it!! This year Tabitha came too – everyone adored her.
I dress up too. Here I am:
Many Samhain blessings to you!!
